I've never done a bouqet in cupcakes but I charge a buck 30 per cupcake when I have to do something on them. I have to do soccer balls, baseballs, and basket balls on the 20th. Hope this gives you somewhat of an idea. You'll need to charge more because of the sticks, and the pot. What ever it is you used make sure you charge for it.
