My girlfriend and her son are allergic to dairy.
1. Anyone have a good dairy free cheesecake?
2. Anyone have a good dairy free frosting that can replace cream cheese frosting normally found on carrot cakes?
3. How 'bout a dairy free whipped cream?

Can't help you with #1 or #2, but you can try Pastry Pride for a non-dairy whipped topping. You can find it at Smart & Final or Sam's Club. It comes frozen in a cardboard milk carton and you just whip it up to the consistency of whipped cream. Can be used as a filling or to frost the cake too. There is also another brand called Rich's Bettercreme that is similar. Good luck!
