sorry me again, i have started my FBCT, i have done the out line and stuck it in the frezzer overnight as someone recomended, but it doesnt seem to be getting hard, i am affraid i will finish it and not be able to peal it of the paper!
someone help me please i am such a newbie!!!!

Did you do the entire FBCT or did you just do the outline? Did you do an all shortening or butter base butter cream?

it was 1/2 and 1/2, i have only done the outline so far as i was recomended to freeze that b4 filling in, but i didnt want to continue if its not gonna work. it just doesnt seem like its getting hard, but i dont know if it is ment to as i havent done one b4!

Ok this is my advise. don't worry about it getting hard. It's not going to totally get hard anyway. You should have gone ahead after the outline and filled it. Then put it in the freezer. I have found that you don't even have to freeze it for more than 45 minutes to an hour. However the longer it is frozen the better. It will still be bendable and sort of soft to the touch. You won't have a hard texture like ice or royal icing. Good luck and if you need any more info just pm me and I can help you out more. Tammy

Its never totaly hard. Just lift it up a little to make sure it is movable.
