I did this purse cake for my friend's SIL. I tried to take pics on the various steps for future reference. It was an 10x15x2 cut in thirds, filled and stacked, froze, carved, and crumb coated. Made a mold of a zipper with sculpty clay, baked it and then pressed fondant into it for a zipper, then used luster dust. When all of my pink elements were rolled out and impressed , I put another coat of buttercream on it and did the final assembly. DH help fashion a coat hanger for my straps whick I covered in black fondant and put saran wrap on the ends that I shoved into the cake to hold them up. Thanks for looking!!
