I just finished doing an order for 350 doughnuts!!! Thank goodness they were plain. They are all boxed and ready for pick up... I think I deserve a cup of coffee and and relax in front of the tv..... I'm beat!!!

Wow...put a shot o something good in that coffee! You deserve it! 350 golden pillows of fluffy goodness! Man.....now I want a doughnut! 
It actually took me all day from the moment I made the first batter to the moment I boxed the last one!! I started at 8am and finished at almost 6pm, but I stopped to take short breaks, make lunch and eat lunch 
, I even had to go back to store because I ran out of oil to fry them. It would've took me less time, if I had thought first to use two pots to fry them instead of just one, dumb me!!! Noe I know!!!!!
