I'm sure this has probably been asked before but is Antonia's cookie icing hard (as in to bite into on the cookie)? I just love the look of it but I don't like really hard icing on my cookies. It is just like regular royal icing?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

It is hard to the touch, but soft enough to bite into - very tasty!

No it's not as hard as regular royal, it's got more water. It will dry hard enough not to dent, but is great to eat! Try it out

it has a nice crunch to it but definately not as hard as regular royal icing. its very good.

HI everyone,, i was gonna use the royal icing for letters recipe,, would antonias icing work for that?

i used it to make some flowers and they turned out ok so i'm sure you can but be careful with them.

I think her icing is wonderful. I am planning on making some more cookies this weekend. I have only used it once but everyone at the shower loved it. So 5 stars in my opionon. ~MELISSA~

I used her icing for the first time yesterday to do 50 cookies for an order.It was Fantastic!!!! I won't use anything else from now on!!!
