Hmmm the only thing I'm thinking right now is wording...

Maybe a phrase like "Triple the fun, triple the toys, it's a girl, and 2 boys!"

I love the peas in a pod idea. Or how about a momma duck with three baby duckies? Or three little cabbage patch babies? I love babies, can you tell??

I like the Mom and baby duckies idea! You could have a little bow on the "girl's" head, and maybe little bowties on the "boys". I do like the peas in a pod, but I've seen a lot of that lately, plus you often see three or more ducklings trailing the Mom. I think it would be perfect!

I am not sure what is peas in a pod. I have never seen it before. How would I do the ducks?

What I see in my head is a pond on the top of the sheet cake, and the ducks sculpted out of fondant "floating" across the pond. The bow & bow tie suggestion is awesome, I'd do that, too.

I like the duckie idea as well. I recently did a duckie cake, in my photos, I lack fondant skills, so I went with plastic rubber ducikes to sit on top of the cake. Then you could probably do the bow and bowties in buttercream on the ducks themselves. Good luck!

If you use rubber duckies, also use lots of buttercream bubbles all around the duckies and on top of the cake-It will look like a tub instead of a pond. Love the bow and bowtie idea too.

Oooo, rubbber duckies is a good idea! Then she can save them for baby to play with! I kind of like the bubble bath look idea better than a pond, too! Pleeeeeeeease post us a pic of whichever you decide to do, I'm sure it will be adorable!

If youe use the booties the saying can say

" Our Home Is About To Increase By Six Feet"
then add footprint fondant accents all over the cake in pink and blue or whatever the shower color scheme is.
