I have been ask to make a cake for a 40th wedding anniversary for appx 110 guest..they have requested a different flavor for each tier.. the largest tier (14in) will be white almond cake with raspberry filling, the middle tier (10in) will be 2 layers of yellow and one layer of chocolate cake with strawberry and banana cream filling and finally the top tier (6in) will be carrot cake with orange cream cheese frosting. the cake is covered in fondant then sponge painted with red food coloring with gold accents.. the flowers will a fondant gumpaste mix..

Please help...

um.......I would charge AT LEAST 3 dollars a serving!!! That's a big cake.......lots of different flavors and fillings= lots of work!!! Fondant=more work, more money!!!

I would charge between $3.75 and $4.00 per slice. $3.00 per slice is my base price. That's a lot of work, you have to think about all the time you have to put in.

It depends on where you are. i'd say $3 a serving is a good starting point.

I personally would charge $270
