I'm a newbie here. I want to use a cake mix, but it's been a little dry, and too dense for me. Any tips?

Also, have you ever added white grape juice instead of water? How
does that turn out?

Thanks,
Dana

Hi Dana!! Image Welcome to Cake Central!!!

What brand of cake mix are you using? I use Duncan Hines and it is always moist and light. thumbs_up.gif I have never tried white grape juice, I always use milk instead of the water and it is so yummy!! I'm thinking that you would be able to taste the white grape juice in the cake....but I could be wrong?

Here is a couple of recipes for you to try. They are very yummy!!
