Four Seasons bittersweet chocolate mousse cake?

Hi all,

A few years ago, we went to the Four Seasons champagne brunch buffet, and they had this totally amazing bittersweet chocolate mousse cake. It was very chocolatey and not very sweet - perfect! Anyway, I've amassed a few recipes that sound similar, but haven't had the chance to make any. If anyone has that particular recipe or something similar, I would appreciate it!
