I tried adding pudding and 2 TBs coffee mate plus one large egg to a yellow DH box mix. I baked according to directions and it wouldn't get done in the middle. I left it in longer- and it got brown around edges- but still not done in middle. Any advice?

i dont know why /?
all i cant think it is too much eggs...
i dont put any egg extra...comes out great....just 3 tablespoons of sour cream and instead of 1 1/3 i think it is i just put one cup,margarine instead of oil,and that it is..come great...

The "Cake Extneder" recipe calls for 8 ounces sour cream. When I use the flavored yogurt (in place of the sour cream) I use 8 ounces.

What size pan are you using?

I was using a 9 x 13 cake pan.
