OK, quick vent.....I am entering the Sugar Art Show in Tulsa Oklahoma this weekend. I entered the wedding cake contest and this is my first wedding cake ever!!! I am stressed out and have changed my mind a million times! My deadline to have the cake finished is by tomorrow evening. I cant wait til it is done.

I learned alot doing this cake and really learned that I love making cakes (even though I think I bit off more then I can chew this time) but...it will be fine! Right? I really just want people to think m entry in unique and want to take a pictre of it.

I am entering a day of the dead (mexican holiday) 4 tiered wedding cake.....AHHHHH I just want it done!!!

Ok, all better now. I will post a picture of the cake once the contest is over. Is anyone else entering this contest?

I am on my way for the competition! You learn something new and what you should and should not have done! Don't get stressed and don't expect! If you go and just have fun and get a ribbon or place that is just icing on the cake! I have eight entries and hopefully will finish the ninth when I arrive!! Enjoy this!
