Does anyone have a strawberry filling recipe? It could be strawberries and cream, anything with strawberries. Thanks!

You can do strawberry buttercream. I am going to do this one soon in a wedding cake, got the recipe out of the Cake Bible. I'll forward it to you if you'd like. I assume an easier version would be adding a strawberry flavored oil to your buttercream. Hope this helps!

It is very tasty. I like it with yellow or butter cake and cream cheese filling.

After trial and error over and over again; and strawberries not always in season, the filling from "do it with icing" is the BEST. I'll never make my own any more when I can get the perfect one from them. Taste like fresh strawberries with whole strawberries in the beautifully red thick glaze. Yummy!!!!

Just my opinion though. I used to be one of those that only homemade would do but life got in the way and for the taste and easy verses my time and expense of out of season strawberries it was well worth it!
