Wow! I'm a year late but this is a great tutorial! I might just have to try a smaller version thumbs_up.gif

And now I'm kicking myself... i kept seeing the stickey for "Roasted or Basted Turkey" and I kept thinking to myself that oh... a discussion on the best way to cook a turkey, so I never bothered to click on it! I've for sure missed out! icon_lol.gif

How much would you charge for a cake like this? I made one for work last year (free), but someone asked me to make this cake for their family...and how many servings are in this cake?

When u say egg pans, are they shaped like eggs or are you talking about the oval pans? And if I dont have the eggs pans will the ovals work?
