Our school district has a Wednesday envelope policiy. Which means every WED each student brings home a envelope with announcements ect. They also will allow businesses to bring in fliers that pertain to children's activities. Example school treats cookie decorating classes. ect.
The 1st set I set out my phone rang in less thatn 20 minutes of school release. The parents ahve to go through all the info and sign the envelope and return it to school the next day. NO CHARGE!! Except for paper and printing supplies!!!! Thought this may help others.

That's a real neat idea although my school does not allow that, they do print their own Thursday folder and for a very small fee you can have an ad on the back of the folder, I have seen a lot businesses advertise there. It is on all year for a school of more than 600 is worth it I sure hope this information helps someone

our neighbhorhood puts out a little newsletter every month and they charge 10 dollars to advertise for a full page! Can't beat that! haha!

but my latest thing has been I made a t shirts with that iron on t shirt stuff in my printer. It just says "got cake?" and my web site. hahahaha! I wear it when I make deliveries.

Hopefully the got milk people won't grab me on and arrest me for stealing their logo...or rip the shirt off my back.

my little brother's school does an annual fall festival fundraiser and everything is donated so i was thinking that it would be good advertising to donate some cakes to the cake walk and maybe a voucher or two for the raffle. our town also has a magazine that's aimed towards families and children's activities so i was thinking of advertising in that too.

All I've done is make 2 cakes to take to church for coffee hour. Just in 2 weeks, I have orders for 4 more. icon_biggrin.gif

I'm trying to remain really low key because around here, once you advertise, the health department gets wind of it.
