I am in desperate need of help....tomorrow is my husbands and my 11th anniversary and I'm making a surprise cake for him. I just finished baking a chocolate fudge cake with butterscotch pudding mix in it. I just never actually thought about the type of frosting or filling to make for it. I just thought of the cake and it sounded good but can someone please help me figure out the flavor combination that will taste good with it. thanks so much.

I have really liked the IMBC for frostings. I think it tastes really good with any kind of cake. If he is a chocolate lover, do a chocolate ganache filling. If that is chocolate overload for your taste, what about a bavarian cream filling?
