Mum and I stopped in at the local bakery today in search of reugeluch for a friend of ours (we weren't sure what kind of filling she wanted, but she said that the ''regular reugeluch'' from this particular shop was her favourite, so we decided to indulge for her and pick her up a treat... ANYWAY! ^_^;icon_wink.gif and mummy dearest's jaw just hit the floor when she spotted the tray of Ladylocks behind the glass counter.

Thusly, I've been on an intense recipe hunt for these guys, but can't seem to find one that doesn't call for shortening. We're both attempting to eat more healthfully and this would rather throw a wrench in our plans, ya see?

One of you guys wouldn't happen to have a recipe you could spare me... would'ja? Ah would be evah so greatful...! icon_biggrin.gif

I found this for you. I don't know if these would be the same as I never had lady lock cookies before. The cookie it self has marg, flour and sour cream. Maybe that'll work for you. Oh it's on a cooking light site. You have to scroll down alittle to find it. HTH icon_biggrin.gif
