I need some help. I have tried Alice's cookie icing and really like the taste and how it stays softer verses some of the harder, crunchy when you bite royals. However once I thin it (Alice's), it looks horrible. The water and the butter seperate and it doesn't look as nice. Does anyone have any tips to overcome this problem? Thanks so much you guys are all great!

HI jenz!! Welcome to Cake Central!! icon_biggrin.gif Ah yes...Alice's Cookie icing is sooo yummy but alas it has a down side. You can't thin it like you can royal.

Here is a thread that you can read a little more about it.

Hope that helps, ~Denise
