I called to get info about a home based baking business and this was the info I received. I live in Harris County. I was told the area that you bake in had to have a seperate entrance, heating and cooling system, grease trap and restroom. From that I came to the conclusion that I would need to convert a storage facility or garage. But that depends on the deed restrictions for your neighborhood. I would suggest going on line for the county you need and also your local home onwner's association to find out their requirements....Hope this helps.......
