Hi! Anyone know where I can get passionfruit concentrate or puree? I'm having the hardest time trying to find it. I'm thinking of growing passionfruit next year! I want to recreate my wedding cake which had a passionfruit mousse filling, but I can't find passionfruit...

I found some nectar in a can at a Winn Dixie grocery store on the ethnic food isle.

passionfruit nectar won't have nearly enough flavor to make a good filling.
