I would like to know which you like better for covering your cookie - MMF, rolled buttercream, or rolled candy clay. I want to use one of these but wanted to know which one is the best as far as taste, easy to use, and looks. Thanks!!

I am using the the Shiny Glaze recipe from Baking911 and also going to cover some with Choco-Pan. The chocolate one tastes just like Tootsie Rolls(to me anyway.) I have some white Choco-Pan also and that is going to be colored. Will keep checking back here for any new ideas.

How thin do you roll out MMF when using it on NFSC?

MMF is rolled out like if you are covering a cake, 1/8 inch.. icon_smile.gif
