Greatest DH award winner

I went back to work full time recently, so won't be able to take on as many cakes as I had been. Still have wedding orders, booked, however. Last week, my husband was going to do all my baking on Friday for a Saturday wedding (only 3 tier, simple design). 9 a.m. the element fried on my oven. DH wants to run out and buy a new one, but I want to pick it out, so he calls my neighbors and runs back and forth all day long between our house and 2 neighbors with cake layers.
Fast forward to next week. Pick out oven, he goes to order--they can't deliver until Monday--5 tier wedding cake due on Saturday. Once again--DH runs back and forth between neighbors' houses all day long to get my cakes baked so I can come home and start decorating.
Don't know what I would have done w/o him (and my wonderful neighbors!!!).

Can't wait til Monday, now!!!

Wow! How awesome is he?? You're a lucky lady!

BTW - mine would figure out a way to "fix" my old dying oven, even though I've been dreaming of a new one for years!!! (and he knows this) Now when the tv went, he had a new flatscreen in a matter of hours! LOL
