One person talked about getting many leads per day. The person could list the per slice price they wated etc... HELP!!!!

I used freewebs.com and have gotten a birthday cake and 4 wedding consultations (with 3 bookings) already from it. May not seem like a lot, but one of the bookings referred me to her wedding planner, who I'm going to do a consultation with because she says she has lots of business to throw my way!!!!!

P.S. any feedback on my website would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and good luck.

I know a lot of people also contact theknot.com for wedding cakes.

Hope this helps, sorry I don't have more information for you.

Re: Feedback on your website...

Please don't take this as criticism, ok? I'm a retired police dispatcher, and this is only said for your own safety. Putting that much personal info on an Internet website allows *anyone* (old PD dispatchers or maybe someone else who might be harmful) to find your home address. Using your cell phone as the phone number was wise, but I still managed to find your address, your hubby's first name, etc. I have no use for the info, and I only did it to prove a point about how easy it is for freaks to invade your space. Please understand I have seen some bad stuff during my career, so I try to help folks protect themselves whenever I can.

I hope this doesn't upset you. You just can't be too careful these days. Its a nice website, and I love the book look. thumbs_up.gif

not at all taken in the wrong way. appreciate the feedback. Funny, I'd probably be telling my kids the same thing, but didn't think about it for myself.

Thanks!!

Whew! I'm glad no one is upset. (You never know how people will react, ya know?)

All my business cards have a PO Box for the address, and its a safety net of sorts. Just remember anyone can access reverse number lookup and other sites to gain your personal info. (Check out whitepages.com and all it's links).
