OK, my cakes are all frozen... now for thawing them...
The shower is on SUnday. I'll have to travel with the cakes on either Friday evening or Saturday morning.
I'll assemble them and do the final decorations once I get to my Grandma's house.
How soon can I take them out of the freezer and put the base icing on them? I want to make sure I have enough frosting and because I'm also moving at the end of the month, I want to get all this done as soon as possible.
