Hi I need to make 3dz sugar cookies for tuesday was going to use the nfsc recipe and icing as have time. But I live in Louisiana and it is humid really humid at the moment. so the cookies are going soft made some last week and was going to ice but cookies already soft. Any suggestions as to what I can do.

Maybe cook them a little bit longer to make them stiffer and harder.
