Does Buttercream Dream Require Refrigeration?

Can it be left out all day? I always refrigerate leftovers of the icing but I bring my buttercream dream iced cakes to class and they sit out for a long time.

We just finished eating one that has been in a cake box for 5 days. The frosting was still yummy, but the cake was drying out. The recipe has so much fat and sugar, that it is okay to sit out for a few days!
