I just read karateka's post about the client leaving her wedding cake equipment on her porch, without any feedback.

I am wondering if any of you professionals include feedback forms for your cakes, and about what percentage of your customers actually use them to respond.

If you use feedback forms, would you please tell us what information you seek from your clients, or attach a copy of your form for us to read.

Thanks Bunches --

Theresa

Yes, I would be interested in offering feedback forms also.

Does anyone out there do this.

I like the idea that someone ask, kinda the samething, giving out a postcard prestamped with every order. It sounds really good but could be alot of wasted postage.

I use to clean houses for this lady and we filled out a feedback card, prestamped for every house that we cleaned, and all of those people filled it out and mailed them back consistently.
This was so that our boss could easily read about how well her employees were doing their job.

I would love to do this. Just wondering how many would send them back?

Bump

I would be intrested to know this as well. I think it is a great idea. That is if the response is a good one. LOL

I feel Feedback forms are a nuisance to customers. I personally don't like them with things I use or buy. If they contact me in person, I am happy to give my comments.

I do not use feedback forms. My husband told me that it is not a good idea because it is showing them you are not 100% confident in your work. I agree with JoAnnB, I find them a hassle if asked to fill them out. They usually end up in the garbage.
