I made my first batch of cookies unsing the no fial sugar cookie recipe and thought the cookies were great. I iced them with the recipe given in the directions and I did not like it. Sorry and I hope that I do not offend anybody as I know the recipe came from somebody on this board. I then used a Toba Garrett (sp) recipe and really liked it but the only problem is that the icing does not get hard. Anybody have a recipe that tastes like Toba's but gets hard?

Did you use plain merange powder or Wilton? I like the Wilton since it has some flavoring and I think the taste is pretty good. I tried Toba;s but it seemed to runny for my need at the time so it is sitting in the fridge!
