I am still new to cake decorating but I wanted to start selling some cakes. I wanted to do it from my home. I was wondering if there is anyone in florida that can give me info on the laws on opening an in home bakery.

If you use the search button and search Florida in the Decorating Business forum, there are several threads about this. Florida does not license home bakeries.
