My husband cousin made a cake last year for Thanksgiving. It was green and it looks like the filling was creamcheese and pecans. It was so good. I don't know the name of it. Can someone please help me?

I make a pistachio cake. Could it have been that?

The only green cake flavor I know is "Pandan" flavor.
It is an tropical flavor. It is very common in Vietnamese bakeries.
It is delicious. Unfortuantely I do not have a recipe.
They sell them in a cake mix, but only in Oriental or Asian stores. icon_smile.gif
