Well to be totally honest... that shirt does scream you lol... When I'm cruisin thru a thread and skimming over posts if I see that avatar I stop dead in my tracks and read your entire post carefully lmfao... I was missing seeing it when you changed it... but still it's nice to be able to look at HIM lol

Ok, this may be a dumb question but I'm having a hard time understanding how you get the vanilla cream inside the puff pastry. Can you explain to me how you cut into the puff to fill it without it oozing back out? Thanks for helping a newbie.
