I have a request for a Star Wars themed cupcake cake! The lady does not want dark colored icing-so Darth Vader is out. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You can use icing transfer sheets of the characters faces. Cut them into circles and then just add borders. Colored sprinkles in a white or yellow mix are also a hit with kids.

Another idea for a Star Wars party is a pretzel rod light saber. Just dip the light part into colored candy melts and for the handle wrap the pretzel in fancy foil and secure with tape. We did that for my daughter's party and the kids loved them!
