Hello... just wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking on the site for a few days, reading and looking at your very cute cookie pictures. I was nervous about joining because you all seem to have such a great community and I'm shy even on forums! But all this cookie talk-- I can't help myself!! icon_biggrin.gif

My name is Karen, and I just launched my new cookie site that some of you have been talking about (karenscookies.net). I'm glad you found me, and I'm glad I found you. I hope you have room for one more in your forum! I love talking cookies.

Welcome to CC...it's a great place! I for one love your website. The White Chocolate Sugar Cookies are my new "go to" cookies. They are so yummy and easy to work with. And I love the cookie decorating kits...what a great idea! I'm sure that all of us "cookie decorators" can learn a ton from you. Welcome!

Thanks so much for the warm welcome. I'm glad you've found some useful info on my site. It looks like I have tons to learn from all of you as well!

Melissa, I'm glad you like the White Chocolate Sugar Cookie recipe. It's a good one, huh? I love working with that dough.

I recently went to your website and got your recipe for cut-out chocolate chip cookies. Chocolate chips are my daughter's favorites.
