I tried this Truffle cake today (WBH-Whimsical Bake House). It said to bake for 40 minutes and when done the cake will look set. It is a flourless cake. Well at 60 minutes I finally took it out of the oven, let it set for 20 minutes tried to turn it out of the pan. Just what I suspected would happen, it was not done inside. Anyone else ever make this cake? Can you overbake a flourless cake and have it come out runny? This is my first flourless cake.

I am not familiar with your recipe, but when I make choc. flourless cakes I let them sit in the fridge overnight before trying to turn them out- might help.

Thanks so much for your replies. I plan to try again. It sure tasted good though it looked pretty bad...lol...I'm glad to know I am not the only one who had a problem.
