Where can you get order forms or does anyone have a simple one that they can post? THANK YOU!! icon_biggrin.gif

I believe if you go to the galleries... At the very bottom theres a Patterns section.. There is one there for you to use.. or get an idea..

Hiya Briansbaker!!! (wavering feverishly), thanks for that info. That order form will work wonders for me for right now, stickin the info on scrap paper and taping to the cupboard just looks BAAAAAD!! At least now, it will look a little more better.

Culinary...go to galleries, under the templates, and you will find it there.

Go to a grocery store and swipe one of their blank order forms. icon_lol.gif
They work pretty well and cover the basics thumbs_up.gif .

I just make them on my computer. They go like this:

Date Needed:
Phone/Email:
Description:

This is the one I use for regular birthday cakes not wedding. I always put a sticker with my name and number also on the box along with the order form. I also have an appointement book that I keep my stuff in also. These are really plain but help out a whole lot.
