I've kept it in the fridge for a couple of days, maybe 3 or 4 at the most, and it was fine.

For longer storage, it freezes very well!

Sometimes I freeze it in a lump, but if I have the space in the freezer, I like to roll it out between parchment sheets and freeze it, so that when I need to bake a few cookies, it takes only minutes to thaw it out, cut the cookies, and get them in the oven!

I've kept it in the frig for 5 days and it was fine.

I always have some dough in the freezer.
One recipe fits great in the gallon size Ziploc bags. I put it in the bag and press till flat, makes for great storage of dough with little space.
