Hey all! I have an order for the weekend, a little last minute but I am in no position to turn it down. For a woman's bday, she likes flowers/gardens, quirky personality (according to her DH who's ordering), and he wants a fairy on it. I'm thinking fantasy flowers of some sort. Her fave flower is roses but I'm having a hard time tying a traditional in with the fairy. It will be small like 6 or 8 inch round. Any other ideas? I need to start on it ASAP especially if he wants a figure on it. Also no idea what to price. I have not charged much for fondant accents before but I need to start charging what my product is worth. Thanks for yoru help!

You could do a fairy in the center of rose--coming out or curled up sleeping. And a 6" cake (2-layer)--I would start out at $15.00 to $20.00 depending on where you live and add on an extra bit for molded fondant figure. 8" 2-layer cake would start at $25.00 with added $ for molded fondant figure.

How much would you add on for the fondant figure?

That I don't know...depends on the size, sometimes the smaller the figure, the more difficult.

Maybe $5.00-$10.00 more????
