I was trying to come up with a website that could tell me about how to get licensed in NJ but all I found was drivers and contractors license icon_sad.gif Or where would find out such a thing ?

It appears you must have a commercial kitchen.

If you go to the search tab, enter nj in the search area, then limit your search to titles only and search in the business forum you will find several earlier threads about being legal in NJ

check with either your local health department or your agriculture department. here in nc most restaurants fall under the control of the health department while coffee houses and some food prep falls under agriculture. agriculture is sooooo much easier to deal with!!

i am originally from nj and i do remember they can be very strict!
