How great of you to donate for a fundraiser! I am a huge supporter of the Susan G Komen foundation.
Anything pink....definitely pink. What about pink tennis shoes? Or, footprints?

Thanks for the ideas. I am a big suporter of anything involving cancer research. Mainly for children I love & support the people who are involed with Saint Judes I think they are Saints themselves. I lost my grandmother to breast cancer before I was ever born. I think this is a great opportunity to do something to give back.

heavenscent - As a woman who has just finished fighting breast cancer (and then it spread to developed 2 other cancers), 9 surgeries, 4 years of chemo, no hair for my daughters wedding (had to wear a wig) for 5 long years, THANK YOU! This October I will be 1 year clean and I now have hair icon_smile.gif .

How about a large pink ribbon!!!

Or, you know the doll dress cake pans, 2 of those, side by side, to make the breasts' with a pink ribbon.

God Bless you for helping!!!!

Debby-Congratulations on your continued recovery. You are an amazing inspiration. My Aunt just completed her 2nd round of Chemo and Radiation. The cancer has spread to just about every part of her body, but she continues, like you, with a positive attitude and hard work!!! Bless you and may you remain in good health.

KristasCakes - Thank you so much! Tell your Aunt that she will be in my prayers! And, to stay tough, fight and be strong in her faith that God WILL heal her. He heals in many different ways, but He does heal. She HAS to know it in her heart. For a while it looked like I wasn't going to make it too, but here I am icon_lol.gif

reesesob -yum!

And to all of the ladies & gents who have sent pms of encouragements and congrat, thank you!

If you personally know someone who is going through this or any other cancer, ask if can help in any way, bring a meal, hold a hand, say a prayer with them, tell them a joke to make them laugh, visit, do the yard work, show up and mop the floor, anything. I was surrounded by so many wonderful people through the entire 4 years and I can not tell how much that meant to my husband, 7 kids and myself! You WILL be a blessing!!!

Sorry to highjack heavenscent! Had to say it icon_wink.gif
