I need to make a cake for the same day. The cookies are "parting gifts". I need these for next Sunday. I made the dough tonight and I'd like to maybe get the cookies done so I don't have to rush with the cake. I am new new new to all this.

AND, while I have you reading this................glycerine to make the cookies have a gloss if deocated with mmf? How much? I went to a cake store and they were trying to sell me glitter dust but I could not explain exactly for them to understand. I like the cookies I have seen that are mmf but look like royal icing.

Thanks soo much!

I just mix a spoonful with a little water till I get a consistency that I can paint thinly onto the fondant the brush it on lightly. when dry it has a lovely gloss to it

Thank you! There were three sizes and wasn't sure if you put it on straight or diluted it. I will go back this week for the midsized bottle and try it.
