Okay, I don't know how to join a group..... do I just send an email asking to join????

I'm relatively new, and don't have much stuff. Would this be a group for people like me that just would like to buy, or is it just for trade?
Also, is this something like, how some things are more expensive in some places than others.....not sure how to word this, so bear with me..... like i want something and it's expensive here, and you want something and it's expensive there, you can each buy and trade??? does that make sense? I think i confused myself! icon_redface.gif

and as for expense... it's really up to the person selling. If you don't have much, that's okay, you may be able to find something that's for sale or trade... depends on what they're looking for icon_smile.gif

Then you just click the join button and feed it your email address and a couple other authentication things and then you are all set.

Obviously anyone is free to start a yahoo group and do whatever you like with it, so long as it is clear to everyone involved that it is not endorsed by or in any way affiliated with CC and Cake Central cannot be used in the Group name as it is a our company trade name and its use suggests endorsement by us.

We don't mind that you have this thread mentioning it, but there cannot be individual threads posted mentioning items that are available for trade or anything like that.

This is a very touchy area for us, so please, if you think there is any chance that a post will be deemed inappropriate by Jackie or I, please ask us before posting it, rather than posting first and waiting to see if it gets locked or deleted.

We are not trying to be difficult about this, or trying to stop people from trading, but in our opinion there are alot of potential negatives that we do not want to be exposed to and so it is important to us that there is no perception that we are in any way affiliated with the trading program.
