I made a batch of the no fail cookie recipe 1 week ago...the rest of the dough has been in the fridge for 7, maybe 8 days in an airtight container. I wish I would have put it in the freezer, but I was planning on baking before now, so is it still o.k. to use it? Thanks!

I think it will be fine. I would use it. You can always taste a cookie after they are baked to make sure they taste okay.
