I know!! I am really excited. I meet with her tomorrow. I already sent her a resume and she said my credentials are very impressive and when can i come in to interview! Sounds promising!!

The only issue I am having right now is she is going to need me mostly weekends and I work 3 weekends a month. I am going to do everything I can to work it out though.

Did you see the peacock cake? Isnt it awesome?

I know! She's done some amazing stuff. It sounds like you can find a way to make it work. If your car dealership people want you to stay with them, they will have to understand. Cars are nice...but cake is better icon_smile.gif

haha if I told them that they would say dont let the door hit you in the ass!. There is always another person happy to take your spot. In this business it's either work when I say how I say or we will find someone who wants it more. :-/

Whichever way you decide to go, Ashley - I wish you all the very best in the world. I can't disagree with anything that anyone has said on this forum (fat lot of good that does for your dilemma!!). Wysmommy is right - education can't be beaten and you have a terrific opportunity! If you can do both - the school and Sweet Gems - you really will have the best of both worlds. Don't focus too much on the finances at this point, maybe take a leave of absence from the car place, if that's an option - you really don't want to risk burnout and total collapse (Sorry, that's the mother in me coming out!) I can only repeat, you are young, you have plenty of time, follow your dream while you have this amazing opportunity. Good luck, God bless and let us know what happens!

Wear something that you are comfortable in. Just be yourself and I'm sure you'll do just fine!

I'm so excited for you!

You have to let us know how it goes!

thats really the only thing i am concerned about. I think they should be more selective on the people they take and cut the class size.

I just cant wait until I get to do more things. On this cake my contribution was limited. I helped with some of the painting but mostly moral support hehe. As time goes on and she teaches me more and I get proficient I will be able to do more stuff with her and one my own.
