So i was watching some baking show on TV and the guy was making some sort of dough. When he rolled it on the counter, it would get stuck to it is some places. So, all he did was take a piece of floss and slide it under the dough to "unstuck" it. And it just hit me that it would probably work the same on fondant. Just an idea, I havn't tried it yet. hehehe And maybe others know this already and I am behind LOL

i use a bench scraper...works great

Floss sounds like a great idea! You wouldn't have to do any lifting, just sliding. Thanks for sharing.
