How long can I keep a cake after I frost it? What about fondant, does that make a difference? Does it have to be refridgerated?
Can you tell that I am new at this????

I bake with a mix and ice with BC only. I have baked a cake on Tuesday for a Saturday event and it was fine. (Got lots of comments on what great tasting fresh cake that was!)
