My daughter loves Dora and Diego. Her 3rd b-day is approaching and need some ideas. I was thinking of a 2 tier fondant cake. Make Dora and Diego out of fondant as well. Or should I do a regular cake and do a buttercream transfer the characters. Need help!!!!! icon_biggrin.gif

a co-worker of mine had a dora & diego theme for her daughter's 3rd bday and she had me make cupcakes w/ their faces. they turned out so cute. i used chocolate for the hair (diego's looked like it got highlights my mom accidentally put them in the fridge) and just pipes in the faces. i've got the pic in my photos

I did a Dora and Deigo cake for my DD 4th birthday, in June, (ss my pics) I would love to help with any ideas if you need. I used royal charaters, and rolled BC to cover ( won't use that again) and then fondant accents, stars and map (dd piped maps face herself). Hope the picture helps. Adrienne
