Ok does anyone know if you can use wilton's icing whitener in MMF??? I'm adding white chocolate so it's more of a bisque than a white. Has anyone tried it??? Will it mess up the MMF???

I haven't tried it yet but my Wilton instructor said that I could use it in my MMF when I was saying that I wish the MMF was whiter.....I don't see how it would hurt it.

I would think that it would be ok. but i would suggest that you take some of it and test it out and see how it holds up. I would imagine the worse it would do is make it sticky, so then just add some more sugar to it.
