Thanks!

I went on the food network site to look for you. On the left side of the screen they have a place that says find episode. Use the arrow at the bottom of that box and click on food network challenge, then type in cookie challenge then click on the date. It will give you all the recipes from the show. I hope this helps.

Is this it?

Chocolate Chip Ball Surprise Recipe courtesy Theresa Cannavo, Winsted, Connecticut

Recipe Summary
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Inactive Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 30 cookie balls
User Rating:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups confectioners' sugar
3 cups crispy rice cereal, crushed (recommended: Rice Krispies)
1 cup semisweet mini chocolate morsels
2 (12-ounce) packages semisweet chocolate morsels

In a large mixing bowl, using your hand, combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, rice cereal and mini chocolate morsels. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place onto a parchment lined sheet pan in the freezer. In a double boiler, over simmering water, melt semisweet morsels. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Has anyone else noticed that the winner of the cookie challenge was also on the Food Network short, "How do you Iron Chef? The one with the "Battle of the Bands" egg challenge. She also won that!

We watch a lot of Food Network here.

we made, we liked icon_biggrin.gif These are addictive is the comment I heard the most as I walked past the dessert table. They were going back for seconds and thirds thumbs_up.gif

I wouldn't add all of the sugar, after the second cup add as needed. I just dumped all of mine in and added more butter and peanut butter. They were very easy to make. We froze overnight and dipped the next morning. We used a toothpick, dipped in chocolate and used another to release. When the next one was dipped, used the dripping chocolate to cover the hole from the previous one. Hope that makes sense.

Someone asked if it was peanut butter fudge, um sure icon_lol.gif
Someone else told me they didn't like peanut butter...on her way out she said, "I LIKE peanut butter" as she walked out with a plate of them icon_cool.gif

I make these every year at Christmas time to give out along w/ all of my other cookies. Everyone LOVES them! I also leave some undipped and drizzle chocolate on some of the others.
