I have used this icing a number of times and found it to be too soft to really do anything with besides the basic borders, etc.

The taste is good - not too sweet. I have a customer that orders 6-7 cakes a week and wants icing that is not sweet like the Wilton recipes. I don't want to spend a fortune for these cakes with IMBC ... does anyone have a recipe that is inexpensive to make and will hold up to making roses and of course is not really sweet??

Help .. I have five cakes for her in the next 4 days!
