I have not ordered from them but know many people who have. The ip3000 is new unless it states otherwise. There are several women from two other cake sites that I am on that have ordered thier printer from there. They do nothing but rave about fast shipping and that they are a great company.

I order from Newegg all the time.

Thier customer service is FANTASTIC! Even if they dont have the lowest price on an item (which they usually do by the way), I will still purchase from them because they are such a great and responsive company. thumbs_up.gif

NewEgg Example Listing of a Refurbed Printer
You can tell if a product is refurbished because it wil have "REFURBISHED" in bold letters right before the product name.

My husband has been ordering from newegg for a couple of years now. He absolutely loves them and has never had a problem with a purchase or returning a single item. Thumbs up!

Thats where we got our IP3000 and aside from a low rate for shipping it was quick. The printer is new with the full manufacturers warranty. We have ordered from new egg in the past (ever since it was eggheads) and never had a problem with any returns on computer products.

Hi, I'm fairly new to the cake thing and was wondering what exactly do you do with the IP3000?

Hi cesi, the IP3000 is a printer for edible images...you use edible ink and paper with it so you can put your own pictures on your cakes.

My dh orders from newegg whenever he buys soemthing new for his computer, well last year he ordered about $500 worth of parts and the shippers left the package on our porch which was an open space and somehow the package never made it to us I called newegg and explained the situation to them and they said "No Problem" sent us out a new package the very same day with no hassle, They have wonderful customer service. We will always do business with them even if they do cost a little more sometimes.
